TERMS OF SERVICE & SWEEPSTAKES RULES· BETA

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service and Official Sweepstakes Rules ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Paxxel websites, applications, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Deeridge Cards LLC ("Paxxel," "we," "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, purchasing packs, or participating in a sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Paxxel Experience

Each sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is associated with a specific PSA-graded physical card held in insured vault custody. Up to 64 Game Tokens (entries) are available per Sweepstakes. Each pack purchase (or valid free entry) includes one collectible Paxxel NFT and one Game Token. Digital packs are labeled by Series [Year] based on the featured card's year. NFTs display the player's initials and series year (e.g., AP2003-1).

After the entry period closes, an on-chain elimination experience uses Chainlink VRF verifiable randomness to eliminate Game Tokens in successive rounds (approximately 50% per round) until one Game Token remains. The holder of the final Game Token is the potential winner of the featured PSA card, subject to verification and these Rules.

3. Entry Methods & Limits

• Pack purchase: Buy digital packs with USDC during the entry period. Maximum 16 entries per person per Sweepstakes (purchased + free combined).
• Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address (no P.O. boxes), email address, date of birth, ethereum wallet address, and the words "Paxxel Sweepstakes Free Entry" on a 3" × 5" index card. Mail in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to:

  Entries must be postmarked by Wednesday at 11:59 PM local for the corresponding weekly period. Limit one mail-in request per outer mailing envelope.

4. Weekly Schedule

• Card Reveal: Monday, 9:00 PM ET
• AMOE Postmark Deadline: Wednesday, 11:59 PM local
• Entry Close: Thursday, 9:00 PM ET
• Game: Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, ~9:00 PM ET

During beta, games may start upon sell-out for testing. Production operation follows the published schedule above.

5. Odds

If all 64 Game Tokens are allocated, each token has a nominal 1-in-64 chance of being the winning entry. Actual odds depend on the total number of valid entries. Odds are the same for purchased and AMOE entries.

6. NFTs & Redemption

Paxxel NFTs minted with packs display the player's initials and the series year. Burning an NFT (on-chain) requests shipment of a random physical sports or TCG card from that series year (all sports), not necessarily the featured sweepstakes card. Random redemption cards are valued approximately $0.25–$100. Shipping: $4.99.

Winning the featured PSA card is a separate outcome achieved by holding the final Game Token. Winners may accept an instant buyback offer (90% of Estimated Value, 5-minute window), list on the post-game marketplace (1% fee), or request physical withdrawal (greater of $50.00 or 1% of the card's fair market value (FMV), plus $4.99 insured shipping; U.S. addresses only).

Fulfillment of the featured PSA card. If you request physical withdrawal of the featured PSA card, fulfillment will be arranged by the Company. The card may be fulfilled directly by Paxxel from the Deeridge Cards LLC vault at Shoeless Joe's Card Shop, 6123 Bridgetown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248, where cards are held in insured storage at the shop. Alternatively, storage and/or fulfillment of some physical Cards may be provided through a third-party vaulting provider arranged by the Company. The Company may determine which fulfillment method applies to a given card. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except as otherwise required by law. The Company is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier or by a third-party vaulting provider after the card has been released for shipment in accordance with these Terms.

7. Eligibility & Excluded Jurisdictions

Sweepstakes are void in: New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Washington, Arizona, Hawaii, and in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Mainland China, and sanctioned territories. Must be 18+. Prizes above $10,000 ARV require additional ID verification.

8. Accounts, Wallets & Security

You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for safeguarding wallets and devices. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Paxxel integrates third-party providers (identity, payments, hosting) whose terms may also apply.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Digital assets and sweepstakes involve risk. Nothing on Paxxel is financial, legal, or tax advice. Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. 10. Beta

Paxxel is in beta. Features, balances, schedules, and UI may change without notice.
