Deeridge Cards LLC ("Paxxel," "we," "us") operates paxxel.io and related applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, waitlist, product, and communications.

2. Information We Collect

• Contact & account: Email address, name (e.g., from Google sign-in), waitlist submissions, and support correspondence.
• Wallet & transaction: Public blockchain addresses, on-chain transaction hashes, pack purchases, and game participation associated with your wallet.
• Shipping & redemption: Name and mailing address when you request physical card shipment or NFT burn redemption.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referral source, and approximate location derived from IP.
• AMOE mail-in: Information you hand-print on free-entry postcards (name, address, email, date of birth, wallet address) as described in our Sweepstakes Rules.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services
• Process waitlist signups, access approvals, and account access
• Administer sweepstakes, verify eligibility, and notify winners
• Fulfill physical redemptions and vault custody logistics
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms
• Send transactional and, where permitted, promotional communications

4. How We Share Information

We may share personal information with:

• Service providers under contract (hosting, email, analytics, identity, payments, database) who process data only on our instructions
• Blockchain networks: wallet addresses and transaction data are public on-chain by design
• Legal & safety: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
• Business transfers: in connection with merger, acquisition, or asset sale with appropriate safeguards

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

We retain information as long as needed to operate the Services, administer sweepstakes, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Waitlist emails may be retained until you request deletion or are removed from the waitlist.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for securing your wallets and account credentials.

7. Your Choices & Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to opt out of certain communications. Contact us to exercise these rights. Waitlist members may request removal at any time.

8. Children

Paxxel is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. Sweepstakes participation requires age 18+.

9. International Users

Paxxel is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Sweepstakes are void in many jurisdictions. See Terms.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
